Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop and manage solutions in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
• ▹Set up and optimize Power Automate flows for full process automation
• ▹Build and train AI Agents / Copilots with Copilot Studio, including connections to business data
• ▹Implement Dataverse data models, business rules and security roles
• ▹Integrate external systems through APIs, custom connectors and Microsoft Graph
• ▹Work with ALM, solution architecture and DevOps pipelines
• ▹Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners and architects to make processes smarter and more efficient
• ▹Contribute to building the Power Platform and Copilot practice through knowledge sharing, giving trainings and further professionalizing expertise

Requirements

• ▹At least 2 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate, independently developing end-to-end solutions following the practice's best practices and guidelines
• ▹Experience with Dataverse, API integrations and connectors, plus affinity with Copilot Studio or AI applications
• ▹Completed HBO degree and the PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) certification
• ▹Strong analytical and communication skills: gathering and analyzing information, understanding client needs and translating them into concrete Power Platform and Copilot solutions

Nice to have

• ▹PL-200 certification
• ▹Basic knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview or comparable technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem
