Responsibilities

• ▹Drive projects from feasibility study and requirements to implementation, delivery and closure
• ▹Take responsibility for time, quality and budget
• ▹Handle resource planning, risk management and project structure
• ▹Produce and update project documentation
• ▹Communicate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
• ▹Coordinate dependencies between projects, operations and the business
• ▹Report to steering committees and various management forums
• ▹Ensure a structured handover to operations and project closure
• ▹Project areas include: IT platforms mainly in Windows and Linux, virtualization and storage, migrations and upgrades, client platforms, application installations, upgrades and migrations, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Requirements

• ▹8-15 years of documented experience in IT project management and broad experience of different types of IT infrastructure projects
• ▹Experience running several parallel projects in complex environments with many dependencies and stakeholders
• ▹Solid experience in IT project management and IT infrastructure
• ▹Very good communication skills in Swedish, spoken and written
• ▹Experience with project methods, preferably certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or IPMA
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL
• ▹Familiarity with tools such as MS Office/Project, Visio, Antura, Jira, Confluence, ADO and SharePoint
• ▹Ability to adapt the project organization and documentation structure to the scope and complexity of the project
