Helpdesk Technician at a Pharmaceutical Company, Uppsala

Responsibilities

• ▹Receive, register and follow up support tickets from users
• ▹Troubleshoot and resolve problems with computers, Microsoft 365 and Office applications
• ▹Manage user accounts, permissions and password resets
• ▹Install and configure clients and help with onboarding and offboarding
• ▹Escalate more complex cases to the right technicians, in Sweden or internationally

Requirements

• ▹Post-secondary education in IT and a clear interest in IT (recent graduates welcome), or several years of IT support experience
• ▹Good Swedish and English, spoken and written
• ▹Category B driving licence

Nice to have

• ▹Experience from healthcare, life science or pharmaceuticals
• ▹Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory or similar
• ▹Experience with a ticketing system, for example ServiceNow
