Responsibilities

• ▹Build and operate agents across the testing lifecycle: test design, generation, maintenance, execution and failure triage
• ▹Own the infrastructure for reliable agent-driven testing: environments, test data, tool interfaces, guardrails, runtime and cost control
• ▹Define how agent output quality is measured
• ▹Apply that evaluation practice to testing Camunda 8's own AI capabilities
• ▹Work hands-on with new features as teams build them
• ▹Raise the quality capability of teams through patterns, tooling and enablement

Requirements

• ▹5+ years as a software engineer, writing production code daily
• ▹Willingness to use Camunda's product
