Tech Ops Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and resolve first- and second-line issues across macOS, Windows, SaaS apps, identity, networking and office technology
• ▹Own the technology experience for joiners, movers and leavers: device deployment, access provisioning, equipment lifecycle
• ▹Administer and improve endpoint and identity platforms (Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, Okta)
• ▹Own Budapest office technology: networks, meeting-room AV, printers
• ▹Identify repetitive processes and automate or simplify them
• ▹Deliver Tech Ops projects independently from problem to implementation and documentation
• ▹Maintain documentation and self-service, working with Information Security on secure configurations, access controls and device-management standards

Requirements

• ▹Proven business IT experience managing Apple devices, with strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking
• ▹Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, security and compliance
• ▹Ability to identify inefficiencies and proactively improve IT service delivery
• ▹Experience translating business needs into practical technical solutions
• ▹Clear communication, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams

Nice to have

• ▹Administrative knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack
• ▹Experience with Jamf or equivalent, and Okta or equivalent
• ▹Cisco networking experience
