Integration Engineer (Metronome)

Responsibilities

• ▹Conduct discovery and scoping of customers' challenges across billing, product launches, pricing and packaging, quote-to-cash and customer experience
• ▹Support customers through the implementation lifecycle: requirements, technical and integration design, testing, data migration, launch
• ▹Provide expert guidance on usage-based and consumption-based pricing models
• ▹Configure Metronome's platform on behalf of customers
• ▹Design integrations between Metronome's APIs and customers' business systems (CRM, CPQ, payment and tax, ERP and billing, reporting and analytics)
• ▹Serve as liaison between customers and Metronome's R&D teams, advocating for customer needs
• ▹Partner with implementation managers and proactively flag risks and issues
• ▹Build relationships across customer organizations, from operators to C-suite
• ▹Ensure an effective handoff to Customer Success and Technical Support

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in technical or customer-facing roles involving SaaS products, such as sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical account management
