Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI native)

Responsibilities

• ▹Clinician-facing features: patient management, therapy plan creation, progress tracking and documentation
• ▹Content Studio: an AI-powered content generation platform where therapists create personalized therapy materials through conversational interfaces
• ▹Maintain and evolve a clean, performant codebase on the back- and frontend
• ▹Build features for nyra insights that integrate deeply with the patient-facing myReha therapy app
• ▹Ensure the platform works reliably across browsers and devices, with attention to accessibility
• ▹Work closely with Product Managers, Designers and clinical stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹AI-native workflow: daily use of AI tools, and the ability to build your own AI-based solutions
• ▹4+ years of professional fullstack web development
• ▹Strong experience with TypeScript and Tailwind
• ▹Proven track record of owning features from concept to deployment across frontend, backend and data layers
• ▹Systems awareness: performance, data modeling, maintainability and long-term architecture trade-offs

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of Firebase and/or Postgres
• ▹Experience with CI/CD, healthcare/medtech and/or AI-powered interfaces
