Responsibilities

• ▹Independently coordinate the planning and implementation of IT projects
• ▹Design and develop scalable software architectures
• ▹Develop strategic plans for the product's evolution
• ▹Conduct regular code reviews and ensure high quality standards
• ▹Focus on frontend components and ensure they work seamlessly with the backend
• ▹Support backend development when needed
• ▹Identify and fix technical problems and optimize existing systems
• ▹Implement and monitor security measures to protect data
• ▹Help maintain automated build, test and deployment pipelines
• ▹Work closely with the product owner, lead developer and UX designer

Requirements

• ▹Fluent German (C2)
• ▹Experience with software solutions in continuous operation
• ▹Planning extensible, scalable software solutions
• ▹Value for code quality and software stability
• ▹Willingness to use AI at work
