Senior Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and deliver analytics and insight programs across multiple clients
• ▹Apply statistical analysis and modeling techniques
• ▹Develop dashboards and Power BI reports with the BI team
• ▹Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, present results to leadership
• ▹Build business cases and ROI calculations for new and existing client contracts
• ▹Lead and mentor a small team of analysts

Requirements

• ▹Fluent Swedish and English
• ▹At least 2 years of analytics experience in a BPO environment
• ▹At least 5 years of data analysis experience in contact center operations
• ▹Practical SQL, Python and/or R skills, preferably in a cloud environment (Azure)
• ▹Good to advanced Power BI skills
• ▹Experience with Azure environments, e.g. Databricks
