Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Own quality assurance tasks across multiple projects
• ▹Participate in design and requirements reviews
• ▹Develop and maintain automation frameworks and scripts
• ▹Plan and execute testing (DB, integration, functional, UI/UX)
• ▹Analyse test results and recommend process improvements
• ▹Provide technical and process mentorship to less experienced colleagues
• ▹Work in compact, autonomous teams with short release cycles

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in software QA, focused on automation
• ▹Strong understanding of testing concepts, methodologies and tools
• ▹Strong programming skills in at least one language (Python, TypeScript, Java, etc.)
• ▹Experience with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Pytest, TestNG, etc.)
• ▹Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI or similar)
• ▹Strong RDBMS knowledge
• ▹Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Very good command of English and communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or Mathematics
• ▹Experience testing microservices and distributed systems
• ▹Experience testing mobile applications
• ▹Experience with NoSQL databases
• ▹Experience with Event Stream Processing platforms
