Responsibilities

• ▹Develop solutions by understanding business problems, service architecture and underlying technologies
• ▹Take part in forming requirements, designing, coding, testing, deploying and monitoring
• ▹Develop code that performs well, scales and is resilient, minimizing downtime, latency and data loss
• ▹Work in compact, autonomous teams with short release cycles
• ▹Learn from colleagues, share knowledge and give mutual feedback

Requirements

• ▹Ongoing or completed CS education
• ▹Familiarity with common communication protocols: HTTP and AMQP, and the ability to decide when to use one over the other
• ▹Prior experience with at least one commonplace web framework, in any language
• ▹Good understanding of RDBMS concepts: indexing, transactions, designing basic databases
