Senior Platform Engineer Kubernetes / OpenShift

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, implement and manage Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters in a hybrid environment (on-premises and cloud)
• ▹Guide and coach DevOps teams in using container technology and further professionalise the internal container service
• ▹Modernise legacy applications into containerised workloads, including migration strategy and execution
• ▹Proactively solve performance and stability issues and carry out root-cause analyses
• ▹Integrate security and compliance requirements into the platform stack (RBAC, network policies, image scanning, secrets management)
• ▹Automate platform operations with Ansible, Helm and Operators, Infrastructure as Code
• ▹Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps) supporting platform and application teams
