Product Manager - Platform

Summary

We're looking for a Platform Product Manager to lead a strategically important platform at the centre of our Fashion, Home & Beauty technology ecosystem. This platform powers critical commercial data and process flows across Product, Suppliers, Sustainability, Planning, Buying and Merchandising, enabling teams to make better decisions and operate more effectively. You'll define the vision, strategy and roadmap for a platform that serves multiple products and business domains, working closely with Engineering, Architecture and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient and high-performing capabilities.

What you'll do

• Define and own the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Commercial Data Orchestration Platform.

• Lead the evolution of the platform that connects systems, data and business processes across the commercial landscape.

• Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to shape APIs, integrations, workflows and platform capabilities.

• Drive platform adoption, reliability, scalability and operational excellence across multiple business domains.

• Influence senior stakeholders and align priorities across Product, Technology and Commercial teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Who you are

• An experienced Platform Product Manager with a track record of owning and evolving complex technical platforms.

• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, event-driven architectures and distributed systems.

• Experienced in delivering products that serve multiple teams, domains and business capabilities.

• A strategic thinker who can balance immediate priorities with long-term platform investment and growth.

• A confident communicator and stakeholder leader who thrives in complex environments and drives progress through influence and collaboration.
