In **Böblingen**, we are looking for an ATE Test Engineer V93000 (m/f/x) in **fulltime**. This position is suitable for software developers with background in electronics and for semiconductor test engineers knowledgeable in writing high quality software. Experience with Advantest’s Test System V93000 is required for this position. Occasional travel to customer sites is needed. # ATE Test Engineer V93000 (m/f/x) ## Your responsibilities: You will develop test programs with SmarTest 8 or SmarTest 7 and execute them on a V93000 system.
