QA/QC Manager (m/f/d)

Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world * Identify and analyze customer-specific requirements, and recommend process improvement strategies across all projects. * Develop and standardize QA program for projects according internal and customer requirements. * Identifying process improvements that will increase quality with projects, and provide process improvement ideas to the Regional Quality Management Department.Lead, manage, and coordinate all quality-related functions within the project. * Gather and organize statistical quality data across all projects. * Several years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within large-scale construction projects. * Proven experience in data centers, high-tech, or comparable complex construction environments. * Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g. Quality Engineer), additional qualifications such as Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Process Analyst is preferred. * Practical Experience with databases for construction execution (e.g. BIM, EIDA, or comparable systems). * Very good English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage. * Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project assignments. * Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. * Ability to drive topics to completion with a clear focus, ensuring that issues are fully clarified and resolved.
