(Senior) Systems Engineer (Solana) - Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Operate Solana validator nodes, ensuring stability and security
• ▹Perform updates, monitoring, and performance tuning
• ▹Automate node deployment and operations via Ansible and Terraform
• ▹Collaborate with traders on infrastructure performance
• ▹Participate in on-call duty rotation

Requirements

• ▹Strong Linux and systems engineering skills
• ▹Solana validator experience is a plus
• ▹Fluent English (German a plus)
• ▹Ability to design and critically evaluate system architecture
• ▹Background in Computer Science or distributed systems

Nice to have

• ▹Solana validator-specific experience
• ▹Willingness to travel for conferences and team meetups
