Manual QA Engineer (Serbia)

Responsibilities

• ▹Test new features and verify bug fixes
• ▹Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
• ▹Create and maintain test cases and QA documentation
• ▹Prepare test scenarios before development is complete
• ▹Test REST APIs using Swagger or Postman
• ▹Verify data using SQL
• ▹Reproduce issues and investigate root causes with developers
• ▹Participate in refinement sessions and release testing

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of manual QA experience
• ▹Experience testing web applications
• ▹Experience with Salesforce
• ▹Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle
• ▹Experience creating test documentation from scratch
• ▹Experience with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools)
• ▹Familiarity with browser DevTools
• ▹Experience testing REST APIs
• ▹Basic SQL knowledge
• ▹Experience with database testing (Postgres, MySQL)
• ▹Experience with CI/CD tools
• ▹Basic understanding of Git
• ▹English sufficient for daily communication
• ▹Experience testing complex enterprise applications

Nice to have

• ▹Basic knowledge of automation testing (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
• ▹Linux experience
