Hopper is looking for a Principal Product Manager to own its agentic AI travel assistant (HTS Assist) end to end - the conversations, the interface, and the experience. This is a deliberately design-leaning role, working hands-on in Figma and building prototypes with AI coding tools.

▹Specify agent behavior (tone, escalation policy, edge cases)

Requirements

▹8+ years of product management experience
▹Experience in conversational AI or customer experience automation
▹Design fluency, comfortable working solo in Figma
▹Ability to write code for working prototypes
▹Hands-on front-end experience
▹Experience working with enterprise partners
▹Familiarity with LLM-based products
