Responsibilities

• ▹Develop data-driven strategies to grow the Polarsteps user base in key markets
• ▹Apply statistical methods to deep-dive into changes and understand causal relationships that inform business decisions
• ▹Build, monitor and maintain scalable dashboards tracking growth, engagement and monetization metrics
• ▹Communicate growth metrics across the organization: what is working, what is not, and how to drive up MAUs
• ▹Contribute to quarterly and yearly planning through growth modelling and impact forecasting
• ▹Collaborate closely with product managers and the growth and marketing teams to understand growth drivers
• ▹Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• ▹Support senior management with reporting to external parties (current and prospective investors)

Requirements

• ▹5+ years analyzing data using tools such as Python/R and SQL
• ▹Hands-on experience supporting B2C mobile app organizations with their growth strategy
• ▹Experience with product analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Appsflyer, Adjust, Looker, Metabase)
• ▹Background in Economics/Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or another relevant field
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present analyses in clear, impactful formats
