Realm's first Forward Deployed Engineer, spending roughly 25% of the time onsite with customers to own integrations, rapidly prototype in the field, troubleshoot complex environments, and translate real-world operational needs into robust technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- ▹Lead technical integration work onsite with customers
- ▹Rapidly prototype tools and integrations in the field ('vibe-coding') to validate ideas
- ▹Troubleshoot complex operational or systems issues in varied, degraded environments
- ▹Translate field insights into technical requirements and integration specs
- ▹Integrate APIs, data pipelines, and hardware/software interfaces with security/compliance sensitivity
Requirements
- ▹Technical integration or field engineering experience
- ▹Familiarity with Git and Linux
- ▹Experience troubleshooting complex, mission-critical systems
