Responsibilities

• ▹influence engineering team strategy and product architecture
• ▹create technical specifications for upcoming features
• ▹oversee grooming sessions and delegate estimations
• ▹mentor up-and-coming engineers
• ▹develop new features and contribute to code review
• ▹participate in design reviews and retrospectives
• ▹conduct technical interviews

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of full stack web development experience
• ▹working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL or equivalents (Ruby, Node.js, React, Angular, Postgres, MSSQL)
• ▹strong communication skills, articulating decisions clearly
• ▹enterprise and MVC architecture experience preferred

Nice to have

• ▹experience with Ruby, Node.js, React, Angular, Ember
• ▹knowledge of Postgres, MSSQL
