AI Solution Lead Digital Marketing (f/m/div)

Drive the roadmap for AI and automation use cases in digital marketing (B2B), with a focus on business value, scalability and adoption Act as the interface between business and technology by translating requirements into solution designs and implementation plans Collaborate closely with the central Hybrid Customer Journey function, corporate IT, and business stakeholders across digital marketing Foster strong collaboration between Munich and Bangalore teams and coordinate implementation across locations Take end-to-end ownership from use-case discovery and prototyping to deployment, adoption and continuous improvement Ensure solutions are user-centric, maintainable and aligned with relevant data, security and architecture standards Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field 3-5 years of professional experience in AI, automation, software engineering, digital product development, or advanced analytics Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, SQL and cloud- or enterprise-based digital solutions Practical understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG concepts and workflow automation Experience developing AI and automation solutions on enterprise cloud platforms, based on Red Hat OpenShift; knowledge of Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, n8n, or comparable technologies is a plus Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, prototypes and implementation roadmaps Solid understanding of data integration, process automation and software development fundamentals Strong stakeholder management, communication and project leadership skills in an international environment Experience in digital marketing, customer journey management, web, campaign, content or lead management is a plus Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, pragmatic delivery and driving AI adoption Fluent in English; German is a plus We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
