Lead AI GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions, agents and workflows
• ▹Own build-vs-buy decisions by evaluating AI and GTM platforms
• ▹Integrate AI agents and workflows with marketing platforms and APIs
• ▹Establish AI evaluation and quality standards for production workflows
• ▹Optimize token/API usage and infrastructure economics

Requirements

• ▹Deep technical expertise building AI tools and agentic workflows
• ▹Strong understanding of how modern marketing teams operate
• ▹Experience connecting systems through APIs
• ▹Must be based within Europe (fully remote role)
