Responsibilities

• ▹Design high-performing, scalable software for model training
• ▹Develop new tools to accelerate research and LLM training
• ▹Coordinate with infrastructure, efficiency and serving teams
• ▹Experiment on cluster and data infrastructure
• ▹Collaborate closely with scientists and engineers

Requirements

• ▹Strong software engineering skills
• ▹Python and ML frameworks (JAX, PyTorch, XLA/MLIR)
• ▹Experience with large-scale distributed training (memory/speed profiling)
• ▹Kubernetes and distributed training infrastructure (Ray)
• ▹Academic ML/LLM research experience
