Responsibilities

• ▹Derive test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria
• ▹Carry out the required tests within the ServiceNow platform
• ▹Create and maintain test documentation and automate test procedures (e.g. with the Automated Test Framework, ATF)
• ▹Log, analyze, and track defects in close coordination with developers and product owners
• ▹Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• ▹Create test concepts, test plans, and migration concepts

Requirements

• ▹Solid knowledge of ServiceNow processes and experience with test automation (ATF)
• ▹Experience with agile methods (e.g. SAFe, Scrum) and confident use of tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Miro
• ▹High resilience, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality

Nice to have

• ▹Relevant certifications (e.g. CSA, CAD, CIS, CTA, CWA)

• ▹Gross annual salary of approx. EUR 54,500, with possible overpayment depending on experience
