Responsibilities

• ▹Deliver the product roadmap on schedule by improving and building development processes
• ▹Raise platform reliability and performance: uptime, latency, incident reduction and faster mean time to recovery
• ▹Build and maintain integrated payments capabilities, ensuring secure and compliant transaction processing
• ▹Own release management, QA and support engineering for Laundry SaaS solutions
• ▹Partner with Product to shape roadmap priorities and technical trade-offs
• ▹Improve engineering efficiency through AI-assisted development practices and cloud infrastructure cost optimization
• ▹Report on engineering performance: KPIs, velocity, release frequency, uptime, defect rates and cloud spend
• ▹Shape the technical vision, AI strategy and architecture roadmap for Laundry SaaS
• ▹Own the engineering plan and budget: headcount and vendor planning, cloud cost management
• ▹Define and execute the AI engineering strategy to leverage generative AI and intelligent automation
