Solution Engineer (Cantonese/Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities

• ▹Work closely with the Sales team to qualify opportunities and prioritize accordingly
• ▹Lead end-to-end presales activities and create strong value propositions
• ▹Perform tailored, high-level demos demonstrating business value
• ▹Ensure delivery of strong RFx responses, contextualized demos and powerful PoVs
• ▹Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process
• ▹Resolve client concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture
• ▹Be an evangelist of UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and showcasing the best solution
• ▹Develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the UiPath platform
• ▹Participate in knowledge sharing inside and outside of the Presales team
• ▹Build solutions for different industry verticals
• ▹Support marketing initiatives through writing blogs and speaking at UiPath and industry events
• ▹Work closely with Product teams to improve functionalities and add external technologies to the UiPath ecosystem
• ▹Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap

Requirements

• ▹Good balance of technical, business and sales skills
• ▹Demonstrable track record in a client-facing role, e.g. Presales, Sales Engineering or Solution Architect
• ▹Strong communication, discovery and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• ▹Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions and AI technologies like LLMs and agents
• ▹Solid understanding of cloud and virtualization technology
• ▹Solution-selling mindset
• ▹Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas
• ▹Team player attitude in a fast-paced environment
• ▹Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
