SAP SuccessFactors Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹ensure smooth operation of the SAP SuccessFactors platform and its components, plan and roll out updates, and provide ongoing system monitoring
• ▹as Operations Manager, provide functional leadership to a team of technical Application Managers
• ▹coordinate closely with colleagues from development, operations, architecture and project management
• ▹handle error and system analysis and functional/technical administration
• ▹incident management and problem management as part of daily business
• ▹user and system administration
• ▹drive continuous system improvements together with the product vendor
• ▹maintain regular, close contact with the federal administration client

Requirements

• ▹technical or business education (HTL/university/FH with a focus on IT, business informatics or business administration) or equivalent professional experience
• ▹solid relevant experience in 2nd level support or IT systems operations
• ▹experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM systems
• ▹solid written and spoken German

Nice to have

• ▹database knowledge or basic programming knowledge
