Mandatory Internship (Unpaid): Agentic Backend / Full-Stack Developer (NodeJS/TypeScript)

IndieKidz GmbH is a Berlin-based early stage startup building creative learning products for children. Our software product, Occibo , is an AI-assisted children’s book creation platform. It helps authors, parents, teachers, and small publishers turn a manuscript into a complete children’s book workflow, including editing, illustration planning, character consistency, layout, export, and promotional assets. We are looking for a motivated Backend / Full-Stack Developer Intern to support the development of Occibo mainly open to work in early stage startup. Duration: 3–6 months / Compensation: Unpaid mandatory internship Tasks You will work on the technical development of Occibo, mainly on backend services, APIs, database logic, file handling, AI workflow integration, and selected full-stack features. This role is ideal for a student who wants hands-on experience building a real SaaS product using modern backend and AI infrastructure.
