Responsibilities

• ▹Act as escalation point for Terraform, pipeline or process issues, diagnosing and unblocking teams
• ▹Write clear Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for significant incidents
• ▹Build and maintain Terraform for provisioning AWS database infrastructure (RDS/Aurora) and GitLab/Harness pipelines
• ▹Maintain tooling that manages database users and schemas
• ▹Automate recurring operational work with Python or Go
• ▹Apply AWS security best practices: IAM roles, KMS encryption, Security Groups, Network ACLs
• ▹Build and improve incident-response tooling for automatic routing of support queries
• ▹Own and improve documentation: runbooks, operational guides, disaster recovery procedures
