Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails, React)

Responsibilities

• ▹Work closely with engineering, product and design stakeholders to align on project goals and refine requirements
• ▹Evaluate different technical approaches and recommend optimal solutions for complex challenges
• ▹Drive development and refinement of full-stack services, applications and tools using Ruby on Rails and React
• ▹Partner with product managers and technical experts to define and roll out new features
• ▹Develop and integrate backend and frontend components ensuring seamless interaction between Rails services and React applications
• ▹Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve efficiency

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of experience designing, building and deploying web applications
• ▹Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React
• ▹Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• ▹Experience building RESTful architectures and/or GraphQL APIs
• ▹Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• ▹Proficiency in cloud environments such as AWS and Google Cloud
• ▹Experience building and growing products from launch through maturity
• ▹Proven technical leadership experience
