Responsibilities

• ▹Partner directly with strategic customers and teams across Product, Engineering, Support, SRE, Solutions Architecture, Customer Success Architecture, Customer Success Management, and Professional Services
• ▹Diagnose and resolve high-impact adoption blockers
• ▹Contribute production-quality fixes and features to GitLab's product
• ▹Turn learnings into repeatable patterns for GitLab and its customers
• ▹Engage directly with challenges involving product gaps, performance degradation, scale bottlenecks, AI governance, adoption blockers, architectural constraints, Git usage patterns, CI/CD complexity, API automation, security requirements, or operational instability

Requirements

• ▹Staff-level product engineering technical standards and contribution discipline
• ▹Experience working directly with strategic customers on complex, ambiguous technical challenges
