Model-based Software Engineer for MEMS Sensors

Responsibilities

• ▹Create Simulink-based models describing the entire signal chain of a MEMS sensor
• ▹Implement and develop algorithms for testing and verifying model performance
• ▹Actively collaborate with internal customers and collect new requirements
• ▹Compile verified models into performant low-level code
• ▹Stay in close contact with internal stakeholders, collecting inputs for new models
• ▹Maintain and continuously support existing models alongside generating new ones
• ▹Evaluate hardware measurement data required for model validation
• ▹Carry out peer reviews with team members
• ▹Develop deep understanding of Bosch sensor signal chains

Requirements

• ▹Degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a similar discipline
• ▹Experience in MATLAB and Simulink required
• ▹Experience in digital signal processing and system theory required
• ▹Experience in OOP programming required
• ▹Professional English in oral and written form

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge in micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS)
• ▹Experience with embedded software development
• ▹Experience with measurement technology
