Backend Software Developer (PHP)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Developing and extending backend services for web platforms, APIs and data processes
• ▹Integrating external interfaces (e.g. payment providers, CRM systems, internal tools)
• ▹Modeling and optimizing relational databases (SQL)
• ▹Contributing to architecture decisions and performance optimization
• ▹Implementing requirements in close collaboration with frontend, DevOps and product management
• ▹Creating reports and business dashboards with Power BI

Requirements

• ▹Very good object-oriented programming skills in PHP (e.g. Laravel or Symfony)
• ▹Experience with MySQL and complex database queries
• ▹Experience with API design (RESTful, possibly GraphQL)
• ▹Understanding of software architecture, version control (Git) and Clean Code principles
• ▹Independent, structured way of working and team skills

Nice to have

• ▹Basic Power BI knowledge or interest in data-driven analysis
