Senior Application Engineer, Workplace Technology

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and maintain scripts, APIs and workflow automations for key workplace systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian and Okta
• ▹Develop lightweight services and integrations connecting collaboration tools, GenAI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and internal systems
• ▹Implement monitoring, logging and observability for automation and AI workflows
• ▹Contribute to secure onboarding, offboarding and mover workflows
• ▹Collaborate with IT, Security and People teams to embed identity, data and compliance standards through automation
• ▹Participate in pilot projects for new AI and productivity capabilities
• ▹Contribute to the code review process and documentation of shared libraries
