Responsibilities

• ▹Maintain and improve the reliability, availability and performance of production infrastructure
• ▹Monitor cloud infrastructure and proactively identify potential issues before they impact customers
• ▹Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement long-term preventive solutions
• ▹Automate operational tasks using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and scripting
• ▹Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure (ECS Fargate) and Kubernetes (EKS) clusters
• ▹Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• ▹Improve observability by developing monitoring, logging, alerting and dashboards
• ▹Collaborate with development teams to improve application reliability, scalability and operational excellence
• ▹Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
• ▹Continuously optimize infrastructure costs, security and operational efficiency

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience as a DevOps, SRE or Cloud Engineer
• ▹Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, ALB/NLB, Route53, EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.)
• ▹Solid experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• ▹Strong hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
• ▹Experience administering Kubernetes clusters (preferably EKS) and ECS Fargate
• ▹Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
• ▹Experience with Docker and containerized applications
• ▹Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, CloudWatch)
• ▹Experience with CI/CD platforms (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar)
• ▹Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, load balancers, routing, firewalls)
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Experience troubleshooting complex production incidents and performing root cause analysis
• ▹Intermediate+ English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with HashiCorp Vault
• ▹Experience with ArgoCD, FluxCD or GitOps workflows
• ▹Experience administering PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis or Kafka
• ▹Knowledge of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management)
• ▹Experience with security best practices and compliance standards (ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks)
• ▹Experience in high-load, highly available production environments
• ▹Experience with GCP or Hetzner
• ▹AWS or Kubernetes certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, CKAD)
