Test Project Leader

Responsibilities

• ▹Plan and execute all test activities (functional and non-functional) with high-level oversight and reporting
• ▹Ensure Quality Management processes are set up, maintained and adhere to high standards
• ▹Maintain all documentation related to quality management
• ▹Participate in requirement analysis to devise an effective test strategy
• ▹Validate Test Summary Reports and testing evidence, provide expert comments, accept or reject deliverables
• ▹Define and plan end-user testing strategy
• ▹Support stakeholders on quality assurance matters

Requirements

• ▹University degree in IT plus at least 12 years of experience managing large-scale testing projects
• ▹Relevant experience with Test Management tools
• ▹Excellent knowledge of the testing lifecycle and test automation/management tools
• ▹Excellent knowledge of testing standards and methodologies
• ▹Good project and contract management knowledge
• ▹Ability to chair meetings, give presentations, and apply high-quality standards
• ▹Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies
• ▹Strong documentation writing skills
• ▹Excellent command of English
