Senior Analytics Engineer - Growth (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and maintain the core marketing data models
• ▹Define and drive a forward-looking vision for the marketing data stack
• ▹Educate analysts, engineers and marketers on how marketing data works
• ▹Own the stability of marketing data pipelines and lead incident response
• ▹Maintain expertise across the marketing tech stack: ad platforms, Airbyte ingestion, Zoho CRM, GTM and web analytics
• ▹Partner with marketers to automate and improve marketing processes
• ▹Collaborate across data analysts, data engineers, software engineers and marketing teams
• ▹Lead and ship large cross-functional projects
• ▹Mentor junior data analysts and engineers

Requirements

• ▹5-7 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering or a related role, ideally in high-growth or performance-marketing environments
• ▹Deep hands-on expertise with SQL, BigQuery and dbt or SQL Mesh
• ▹Strong command of web analytics and tracking infrastructure: GTM, GA4 or equivalent
• ▹Solid experience with marketing tech platforms, ad platforms and CRM systems such as Zoho
