Responsibilities

• ▹Ramp into a live, production agentic system that a real business already depends on
• ▹Design and build agentic systems for business functions based on needs defined by subject-matter experts
• ▹Own what you build end to end: ship it, run it, watch its evals, carry its cost line, improve it
• ▹Deliver working production systems - not prototypes or proofs of concept - measured on whether the business function materially improved

Requirements

• ▹Ability to turn a well-specified problem into a reliable agentic system that runs without supervision
• ▹Experience owning systems end to end: eval harnesses, unanticipated failure modes, guardrails, traces, fallback paths, cost per run, multi-year maintenance
• ▹Ability to build domain-agnostic technical systems without needing finance, support, or revenue-operations expertise
• ▹Principal-level, independent builder who takes direct ownership of outcomes
