Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Perform hands-on configuration setup in Oracle HCM Cloud
• ▹Provide day-to-day techno-functional support to Oracle HCM business partners
• ▹Analyze and provide subject matter expertise on application build and system functionality
• ▹Analyze business process strengths, weaknesses, inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design
• ▹Own new techno-functional design specifications, gather requirements and update configuration workbooks
• ▹Develop solutions using Oracle HCM functionalities per business requirements
• ▹Resolve issues and system defects faced by users
• ▹Provide end-user support and communicate standard processes and best practices
• ▹Work with Oracle on critical service requests and product enhancement requests
• ▹Serve as a key liaison with third parties and stakeholders to define, implement and support system interfaces
• ▹Share knowledge, coach and train less experienced colleagues
• ▹Identify gaps and analyze downstream impacts of business requirements, recommending improvements
• ▹Evaluate and recommend system upgrades, software installations and technology enhancements
• ▹Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement and support technology solutions
• ▹Work with platform support on critical service requests and product enhancements

Requirements

• ▹At least 4 years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience, preferably at a large global company as an analyst
• ▹Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of technology or industry experience
• ▹Experience with Oracle technologies: Approval Workflows, VBS Studio, Sandbox, HCM Design Studio, Flexfields, Fast Formulas, HDL, quarterly updates, CWB patches
• ▹Strong technical skills in HCM system extracts, API connectors, reporting and analytics
• ▹Advanced experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configurations across modules: Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management
• ▹Strong collaboration skills working with SMEs and business stakeholders
• ▹Strong negotiation skills when developing requirements and defending system capabilities

Nice to have

• ▹Oracle Cloud HCM Certification
• ▹Willingness to learn new applications and tools
• ▹Experience working in an Agile environment with test concepts, methodologies and practices
• ▹Knowledge of Redwood and Oracle AI concepts
