Senior Network Specialist with Project Management Skills at MUST

Responsibilities

• ▹Work on network architecture, and the design and further development of secure communication solutions and network infrastructure
• ▹Handle planning, documentation and project management for infrastructure projects
• ▹Perform configuration work and provide support to the operations and maintenance organization
• ▹Support the wider work of the section, taking on on-call duty and travel when needed

Requirements

• ▹Academic or post-secondary education focused on networks and data communication, systems science or equivalent experience
• ▹Several years of relevant professional experience
• ▹Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of information and IT security
• ▹Cisco certifications
• ▹Deep understanding of the function and configuration of routers, switches and firewalls
• ▹Technical project management experience
• ▹Experience with IT infrastructure from the Swedish Armed Forces or another total defense agency
