Grupo Mirgor (via TalentCross) is hiring an Odoo Developer for its IT development team, a fully remote, USD-paid, full-time and long-term position. The role involves building customized ERP solutions across the group's countries and business units.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customized Odoo solutions (versions 15 to 18) tailored to different countries and business units
  • Customize and improve standard Odoo modules (Sales, Web, POS, CRM, Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory)
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party services (logistics couriers, payment processors, e-commerce platforms like Mercado Libre, Vtex, Magento, and enterprise tools like Salesforce, SAP)
  • Develop unit and integration tests to ensure code stability
  • Provide advanced technical support for critical Odoo issues
  • Collaborate with technology, operations and business teams
  • Participate in technology expansion projects in new markets, adapting ERP solutions to local contexts

Requirements

  • University degree or advanced studies in Engineering/Systems or a related field
  • At least 3 years in a similar role, ideally in multicultural projects with technical leadership
  • Development experience in Python and the Odoo (Open Object) framework
  • Customization of standard Odoo modules (versions 15 and 18)
  • Development of integrations with external services via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Advanced use of PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization
  • Basic frontend development experience with JavaScript and the Odoo framework
  • Intermediate functional knowledge of Odoo's standard modules

Nice to have

  • Experience with multi-company and multi-currency projects
  • Experience with Odoo version migrations and updating customized modules
  • Certifications in Odoo, PostgreSQL or Python
