Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop customized Odoo solutions (versions 15 to 18) tailored to different countries and business units
• ▹Customize and improve standard Odoo modules (Sales, Web, POS, CRM, Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory)
• ▹Design and implement integrations with third-party services (logistics couriers, payment processors, e-commerce platforms like Mercado Libre, Vtex, Magento, and enterprise tools like Salesforce, SAP)
• ▹Develop unit and integration tests to ensure code stability
• ▹Provide advanced technical support for critical Odoo issues
• ▹Collaborate with technology, operations and business teams
• ▹Participate in technology expansion projects in new markets, adapting ERP solutions to local contexts

Requirements

• ▹University degree or advanced studies in Engineering/Systems or a related field
• ▹At least 3 years in a similar role, ideally in multicultural projects with technical leadership
• ▹Development experience in Python and the Odoo (Open Object) framework
• ▹Customization of standard Odoo modules (versions 15 and 18)
• ▹Development of integrations with external services via REST/SOAP APIs
• ▹Advanced use of PostgreSQL and SQL query optimization
• ▹Basic frontend development experience with JavaScript and the Odoo framework
• ▹Intermediate functional knowledge of Odoo's standard modules

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with multi-company and multi-currency projects
• ▹Experience with Odoo version migrations and updating customized modules
• ▹Certifications in Odoo, PostgreSQL or Python
