Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to final delivery
• ▹Identify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and testing
• ▹Translate product and business requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions
• ▹Design high-quality user experiences across web and mobile
• ▹Create pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to layout, typography, and hierarchy
• ▹Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system
• ▹Design and produce print materials, such as brochures and event assets, for business and marketing needs
• ▹Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• ▹Ensure consistency across all product and brand touchpoints
• ▹Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI)
• ▹Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences, not just visuals
• ▹Proven expertise in UX thinking, flows, and problem-solving
• ▹High level of UI craft and visual execution
• ▹Strong experience building and scaling design systems
• ▹Ability to work hands-on while thinking strategically
• ▹Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams
• ▹Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-timezone environment
• ▹Fluent English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in Web3, crypto
• ▹Motion design experience, including video creation
• ▹Experience with illustration or custom visual assets
• ▹Basic understanding of front-end development
• ▹Experience in fast-paced startup environments
