Responsibilities

• ▹Qualify and handle incidents and service requests in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• ▹Operate, administer and develop Microsoft-based customer environments
• ▹Analyze and resolve complex issues in the Microsoft environment
• ▹Plan, implement and document changes and technical projects
• ▹Gather, analyze and evaluate technical customer requirements
• ▹Maintain and proactively care for managed systems and cloud services
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base entries

Requirements

• ▹Experience in one or more of: Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Active Directory
• ▹Experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management
• ▹Knowledge of Windows Server, Hyper-V and Azure Local
• ▹Experience with Microsoft Exchange on-premises or hybrid
• ▹Completed vocational IT training (Fachinformatiker), a computer science degree, or a comparable qualification
• ▹Several years of hands-on experience operating and administering Microsoft infrastructures
• ▹Strong communication skills, initiative, team orientation
• ▹Strong customer orientation, sense of responsibility, high engagement
