Responsibilities

• ▹Contribute to the design process from research through delivery (wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups) in complex, regulated domains
• ▹Develop and maintain components within the existing design system
• ▹Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces with strong interaction design focus for dashboards and data visualizations
• ▹Align design decisions with product goals and user needs
• ▹Collaborate closely with engineers, PMs and stakeholders; participate in design workshops
• ▹Bring AI tools into daily design workflow

Requirements

• ▹3-5 years of product design experience with a portfolio showing visual design, interaction design and product thinking
• ▹Strong knowledge of web guidelines, responsive design and accessibility
• ▹Analytical mindset for digging into dense, regulated content and simplifying it
• ▹Experience in high-complexity domains (fintech, healthtech, legaltech or similar)
• ▹Comfortable working within an existing design system, building scalable components
• ▹Experience in design workshops and collaborative problem-solving, presenting design decisions with reasoning
• ▹English at C1 level or higher
• ▹Experience with usability testing and conducting user interviews
• ▹Proficiency in Figma

Nice to have

• ▹Data visualization / dashboard design experience
