Responsibilities

• ▹Lead planning, execution and delivery of multiple projects within scope, time and budget
• ▹Establish and maintain effective delivery supervision across the portfolio
• ▹Build and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and growth
• ▹Select and adapt project management methodologies to fit project needs
• ▹Identify, assess and mitigate risks proactively
• ▹Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders
• ▹Communicate closely with customers to manage expectations and support business development
• ▹Coordinate resources, delegate tasks and monitor progress
• ▹Resolve conflicts and promote a high-performance team culture

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in project and/or program management
• ▹Experience with public sector or government projects
• ▹Experience with fixed-price projects
• ▹Strong understanding of project, program and portfolio management concepts
• ▹Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
• ▹Proven leadership skills
• ▹Strong risk management, planning and decision-making skills
• ▹Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or Microsoft tools
• ▹Advanced understanding of corporate environments and business objectives
• ▹Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level
