Responsibilities

• ▹Monitor and analyze security alerts and events generated by detection systems to identify potential threats and anomalies
• ▹Perform initial triage, classification and severity assessment of security alerts, evaluating business impact
• ▹Investigate security incidents using defined playbooks, collecting and documenting relevant technical information
• ▹Escalate complex or confirmed incidents to Cyber Security Engineers or the Rapid Response team, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• ▹Work with on-site IT support and infrastructure teams to facilitate containment and remediation
• ▹Maintain accurate, structured documentation of incidents, investigations and outcomes for traceability
• ▹Contribute to the improvement of security operations by providing feedback on alerts

Requirements

• ▹First experience in IT, IT security or a SOC environment, with strong interest in cyber security, threat analysis and incident response
• ▹Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Cyber Security, or equivalent practical experience
• ▹Basic understanding of common cyber attack techniques, threats and indicators of compromise
• ▹Familiarity with enterprise IT environments (networks, operating systems, cloud) and security tools such as SIEM or endpoint protection
• ▹Ability to analyze logs; basic scripting or query skills (e.g. KQL, SQL, PowerShell) are an advantage
• ▹Fluent English required
