Senior Consultant DevOps & Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• ▹Advise clients on cloud architectures, DevOps strategies and platform concepts with a focus on sustainable solutions
• ▹Design and support the build-out of Cloud Service Management platforms, integrating them into existing operating and governance models
• ▹Design target architectures for CI/CD, container and infrastructure landscapes
• ▹Advise on introducing DevOps practices, platform engineering approaches and self-service models
• ▹Develop architecture decision templates, reference architectures and governance concepts for monitoring, logging and security in multi-cloud environments
• ▹Moderate architecture workshops and present at decision-maker level
• ▹Take technical leadership in complex consulting projects

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification with relevant experience
• ▹Several years of consulting experience as a cloud or DevOps architect
• ▹Deep conceptual understanding of Cloud Service Management and brokerage platforms
• ▹Architecture knowledge of Kubernetes (OpenShift, Rancher), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible), GitLab CI and major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) as well as OpenStack
• ▹Experience designing security architectures and identity concepts (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML)
• ▹Methodical grounding in architecture work such as arc42 or TOGAF
• ▹Programming understanding in Python, Go or Java
• ▹Fluent German (C2) and English (min. B2)
