Responsibilities

• ▹Take responsibility for a large WordPress codebase
• ▹Architect and structure CPT-based content systems
• ▹Build and maintain dynamic data models and fields
• ▹Analyze and fix performance bottlenecks
• ▹Debug complex plugin and Elementor edge cases
• ▹Develop efficient, reusable templates and modules
• ▹Implement SEO-relevant structures at the technical level
• ▹Build and maintain batch processes
• ▹Integrate and maintain AI-based automations
• ▹Maintain clean update and deployment strategies
• ▹Monitoring, log analysis and error tracking
• ▹Collaborate with SEO and content teams without micromanagement

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience with WordPress at large-scale setup level
• ▹Thinks in systems, data models and architectures, not individual pages
• ▹Understands why things get slow and how to fix them sustainably
• ▹Clean understanding of code and structure
• ▹Documents work and operates in an organized, independent way

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with very large SEO projects
• ▹Custom Elementor widget development
• ▹WP-CLI / shell automations
• ▹Experience with multisite / content hubs
• ▹Understanding of crawl budget and indexing logic
• ▹Experience with AI pipelines and automation
