Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Operate and improve vulnerability management: running and tuning scans, triaging findings, tracking remediation
• ▹Monitor security systems and logs (SIEM, EDR) to detect, investigate, and respond to incidents
• ▹Maintain and configure security tooling: EDR, SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, MFA and SSO policies
• ▹Support identity and access management, including privileged access and periodic access reviews
• ▹Contribute to ISO/IEC 27001 operations: control implementation, evidence collection, risk register, audits
• ▹Assist with security assessments and penetration-test coordination
• ▹Support application security across the SDLC: SAST, DAST, dependency and container scanning in CI/CD
• ▹Help secure the build and release chain: repo access, secrets management, artifact signing
• ▹Help maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
• ▹Track endpoint fleet security posture across Windows, macOS, and Linux

Requirements

• ▹At least three years of experience in security engineering, security operations, or systems administration with a strong security focus
• ▹Working knowledge of security concepts and tooling: firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, vulnerability scanners
• ▹Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPNs, firewalling
• ▹Identity and access management experience, including Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID and SSO/MFA platforms such as Okta
